Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using VanitySniper, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

VanitySniper monitors Discord vanity URLs you choose and attempts to claim them for servers you connect when they become available. We do not guarantee that any specific vanity will be claimed, as availability and competition are outside our control.

VanitySniper is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

You sign in with your Discord account and are responsible for all activity under it. You must only connect servers and account tokens you own or are authorized to use.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any action Discord takes against your accounts or servers is your responsibility.

Dashboard features require an active plan, activated by redeeming a license key. Free accounts cannot add vanities, connect servers, or use the engine.

Keys are single-use and tied to the account that redeems them. Do not share, resell, or publish keys. Keys that are abused may be revoked without refund.

Payments are processed by a third-party provider. Because access is delivered instantly as a digital key, all sales are final unless required otherwise by law.

You may not use VanitySniper to harass others, impersonate brands or individuals, violate trademarks, attack or overload Discord's infrastructure, or reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VanitySniper is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost vanities, servers, or accounts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
