Privacy Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data VanitySniper collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Account data: when you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address.
Service data: the vanities you target, the servers you connect, account tokens you provide for claiming, webhook URLs, notification preferences, and snipe logs.
Billing data: your plan, redeemed keys, and expiry dates. Card and payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
2. How we use it
We use your data only to operate VanitySniper: authenticating you, running the snipe engine, assigning claimed vanities to your servers, sending the notifications you enable, and verifying your plan.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Account tokens
Tokens you provide are stored securely and used solely to claim vanities on your behalf. You can remove them at any time by deleting the related vanity target.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We also use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate site usage; it does not track you across other websites.
5. Third parties
We rely on a small set of providers to run the service: Discord (sign-in), our database and hosting providers, and our payment provider. Each only receives the data needed for its function.
6. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Snipe logs may be pruned periodically. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us through our support channel and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
